Preparation and key points before installing the hydraulic dam!

Preparation before installation:

(1) Be familiar with the product manufacturing situation, on-site conditions and relevant technical documents.

(2) Check the integrity and goodness of the gate and gate slot embedded parts according to the contents specified in the construction drawings and the supply list.

(3) Check whether the first and second phase concrete joint surfaces of the embedded parts have been roughened and rinsed clean; whether the position and number of the reserved anchor plates meet the requirements of the construction drawings.

(4) Check the integrity and goodness of each installation equipment item by item according to the construction drawings and standards.

(5) Check whether the components and parts of the equipment are damaged and deformed item by item according to the supply list.

(6) Formulate installation technology and make installation tools.

Installation of hydraulic dam gate leaf:

(2) Installation process of hydraulic dam gate leaf The gate leaf is assembled as a whole, and the gate leaf is transported to the installation site in units and inspected and qualified. First, place each unit component on the platform, match it according to the marks made after pre-assembly and disassembly in the manufacturer, and check its dimensions to meet the requirements of the design drawings and standards. And meet the following requirements: inter-section connection bolt connection.

Installation technical points:

(1) Marble is pasted at the junction of the gate and the wall, with a verticality requirement of ±3 and a flatness of +1.5mm.

(2) Before installing the embedded parts, the templates and other debris in the gate groove need to be cleaned up, and the joint surface of the first and second phase concrete should be completely roughened.

(3) The embedded parts use the second phase concrete with a strength not less than C24, and the connecting dowel of the first phase concrete and the second phase concrete is φ16. (4) Embedded parts should be transported before installation. Installation is allowed only after defects and deformations caused during stacking are corrected and repaired. (5) The joints of each embedded part must be smoothed after welding, and must be sealed and have a flat surface. (6) Embedded parts should be anchored when buried. The anchor bar is φ16, and its number should not be less than 75% of the number of inserted bars. The anchoring form should be determined according to the actual situation on site. The lap welding length should not be less than 50mm, and the second phase concrete can be poured only after the position correction is qualified. (7) The allowable error and deviation of the gate embedded parts installation should comply with the provisions of the "Specifications for the Manufacturing, Installation and Acceptance of Gate Hoists for Water Conservancy and Hydropower Projects" (DL/T5019-94) and meet the requirements of the project. (8) The installation deviation of the hydraulic gate cylinder support seat should comply with the provisions of the construction drawings. If the construction drawings do not specify, the coordinate deviation of the cylinder support center point shall not exceed ±2mm; the elevation deviation shall not exceed ±5mm; the relative height difference between the two supporting surfaces or supporting center points of the double-hanging-point hydraulic gate hoist shall not exceed ±0.5mm.
